Engen Customers benefit over half a million Kwacha in the Fuel and Win Competition

Published

on

With 2020 having had numerous challenges from the impact of COVID-19, Engen stepped up to reward its customers with a campaign that saw over half a million Kwacha worth of free fuel being given out. The last three months have seen drivers across Zambia entering the competition, with more than 150 of them winning fuel vouchers.

Engen’s promise is simple – “with us, you are number one”; this drives the company to put its customers first in everything that they do. The teams in Engen service stations pride themselves in their attentiveness, and always aim to make sure that no consumer drives away without their needs being met. Fuel attendants get to know their regular consumers, understand their fuel needs, and do whatever they can to exceed customer expectations.

As a way to welcome back motorists from the impact of covid19 and getting the drivers on the move in the new normal, Engen decided to reward its loyal customers with this competition. The more entries a customer put in, the higher their chances of winning. This also meant the customers had to visit the stations at least more than once to increase their chances.

The past 12 weeks have been a massive success. Whether they have won K500, enough for fuel for a week, or the top prize of an amazing K3,000 a month to keep them on the road for a whole year, drivers up and down Zambia have appreciated Engen reciprocating their loyalty.

Did you take part? One thing is for certain – Engen’s place as a brand that appreciates and is appreciated by Zambians is secure.
